Frequently Asked Questions

1.) When placing an order, are there any minimum quantity requirements?

YES!

SCREEN PRINTING

Our basic order minimum is 12 units if ECG Graphics & Printing is supplying the goods However, some orders may have higher minimums.

EMBROIDERY

Our minimum is 6 units if ECG Graphics & Printing is supplying the goods. However, some orders may have higher minimums.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Order minimums vary depending on the particular item being ordered. Please call for this information.

 

2.) Can the customer supply the goods to be printed or embroidered in an order?

Yes.

While we do accept customer supplied garment at ECG Graphics & Printing, we prefer to source all of our goods ourselves, both to ensure our customers receive the highest quality items and to make sure we are using the right kinds of ink and thread for the job. If you would like to supply your own garments your must following our policy for "Customer Supplied Garment"

3.) What is your order turnaround time?

SCREEN PRINTING, DTF/ VINYL, AND EMBROIDERY

Our standard turnaround time for screen printed and embroidery orders is 7-10 working days from artwork approval. (For all new orders we generate an email proof for customer review and approval)

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Turnaround times for promotional product orders are typically 2-3 weeks from artwork approval.

 

4.) Do you offer rush turnaround times?

Order size and production schedule permitting, we do. We offer rush turnarounds  and additional fees do apply.

 

5.) How do I place an order?

We currently accept orders both over the phone and via email but we prefer for you to submit a quote request. START A PROJECT. Please call us for a quote at 6192289485 or ecggp4u@gmail with us!

 

6.) What artwork formats do you accept?

We accept graphic design (.ai, .eps) and photographic files (.psd, .tif). Note that photo files should be set at the desired imprint dimensions with a resolution of 300 dpi. We can also accept original drawings or paintings up to 8.5″ x 11” provided they can be placed on a flatbed scanner.

 

7.) When do you require payment?

We require a 100% payment before any project is started. We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. Only qualifying offers are eligible for deposit. 

 

8.) What are your quantity price breaks?

Our pricing is structure to where you receive a lower discount on every additional print. 

 

9.) What apparel brands do you carry?

LOTS!

10.) Do you offer design services?

WE DO.

We have 1 free in-house graphic designers. We bill their time at $50 per hour. after that initial hour.
